Equipment often used in palliative care includes:

- Continence aids and equipment
- Hospital beds
- Over toilet seats
- Patient lifting hoists and slings
- Pressure relieving mattresses
- Sheepskins and cushions
- Shower chairs
- Walking frames and sticks
- Wheelchairs
- Wheelie walkers.
