On this page you will find lots of valuable information that may assist with the caring of your loved one. Families and carers have an important role in the lives of people with a life limiting illness. The Consortium recognises the importance of the caring role and aims to work with families and carers to support everyones wellbeing.

My Aged Care -  Many carers see themselves as a family member who looks after a person they love, not as a carer. This means that you may not think to look for help. This website is a great starting point if you are caring for a loved one and you need more assistance to keep them at home.

Carer Help – A guide to end of life caring. If you are the carer of someone approaching death information can make a difference to you and the person in your care. These resources can help you understand what to expect, improve communication and empower you to cope in the hard times.
