Families and carers have an important role in the lives of people with a life limiting illness. The Consortium recognises the importance of the caring role and aims to work with families and carers to support everyones wellbeing.

My Aged Care - Many carers see themselves as a family member who looks after a person they love, not as a carer. This means that you may not think to look for help. This website is a great starting point if you are caring for a loved one and you need more assistance to keep them at home.
Carer Help – A guide to end of life caring. If you are the carer of someone approaching death information can make a difference to you and the person in your care. These resources can help you understand what to expect, improve communication and empower you to cope in the hard times.
